This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and it’s even more important than ever this year that we take time to think about our own mental health and that of our friends and family. The theme of the week this year is kindness. We have already heard of many acts of kindness that people in the OMS community have been carrying out over the last 8 weeks – we are so proud of you all.
